日曜昼12時20分頃訪問
お店の駐車場に車を駐めて入店した時には満席で待ち客が3組いました。
ウェイティングボードに名前を書き待つ事に。
店内はカウンター席、テーブル席に小上がりまでありけっこう広めでとても清潔感があります。
店員さんの接客もとても丁寧で好印象。
客層は年輩の方からお子様連れの方、学生さんと広く愛されている様です。
食べるべき一品となっていた
「和風とんこつ」650円をかためで注文。
混んでましたが10分ほどでラーメン到着。
白濁スープに細麺。具材はチャーシュー、キクラゲ、ネジ、海苔、魚粉がのっており盛り付けもキレイです。
★スープ
博多豚骨系弱目の魚介のスープ。豚骨の旨みがしっかりしているが、サラッとあっさり飲みやすく美味しい。
海苔にのってる魚粉をスープに溶かすと魚介が増し和風感が強くなるが、徐々に存在が薄くなっていく印象。
★麺
低下水の細ストレート麺。博多系ですが少し太い印象。硬めでオーダーしたのでポリポリ食感で風味もよく美味しいです。
替え玉を予定してましたが、思いの外麺の量が多く替え玉なしで満腹です。
★具材
チャーシューは大きいものが２枚あり柔らかくてジューシーで美味しいです。
キクラゲはややゴツ目のカットでコリコリ食感でいい感じ。
ネギもスープによく合っていていい仕事しています。
海苔もスープを吸わせて食べると美味しいです。
650円でこのボリュームはお値打ちですね。
また行きたいと思います^_^
