本日は超久しぶりに実家の親たちとランチをとることとなり、ゆっくりできるお店を探して、松阪城跡ちかくにある、古民家イタリアンのおまつ料理店にお邪魔しました。 夏前から完全予約制でやってるようです。
GoToEatこそ対応してなかったですが、電話して予約して行って来ました。
ランチは５組まででやっているようです。
店内は天井も高く、すっきりしてきれいな空間になっております。古民家ベースも周辺も城下町な雰囲気のあるエリアなので、マッチしてますね。
お昼コースは魚と肉の二種類と、バスタまでのコースがありました。
せっかくなのでお魚のコースを注文しました。
四種類の前菜からしっかりとしたイタリアンコースとなっており、カジュアルな雰囲気の中で味は本格的！ワイン飲みたくなりました。メニューなかったですが(笑)
パスタは三種類から選べて嬉しいですね。私はキノコのクリームソースのパスタにしましたが、キノコたっぷり濃厚なクリームでプロの味わいでした。
ここまでで結構なボリュームなのですが、ここでメインのお魚料理の登場！紀伊長島のメカジキのイカスミソース。これもガツンと魚の味が引き出されていて、三重の海の幸のいいところを知っているシェフだな、と感心させられました。
地元の松阪でこんなおしゃれで美味しい隠れ家レストラン的なお店を発見して大満足でした。両親との久しぶりの面会もゆったりと出来てよかったです。また、予約してこようかなー。ごちそうさまでした！
