怪しいグルメ探検隊in松阪。松阪の街中にあるお洒落なイタリアンレストラン「マーマ・ノン・マーマ」に行ってきました。前から行ってみたいと思いつつなかなか機会がなかったお店です。中はカウンター席とテーブル席が二つ。人気店ゆえにお店は予約でいっぱいのようです。今日はアラカルトではなくてコース料理（7,000円）をいただきました。
先ずはビールで乾杯。こちらはハートランドです。最初の料理はフルーツトマトとイチゴのカプレーゼ。白ワインのジュレとイチゴのグラニテがかかってます。さっぱりとした酸味が美味しい。
次は手長海老とうすいえんどう。ホワイトアスパラガスとスクランブルエッグと続きます。
メインの前に出てきたマッシュルームのスープも美味しいなぁ。メインは和牛ランプ肉のロースト。子牛の骨からとったソースも美味い。料理に合わせてグラスの赤ワインをいただきました。
パスタはホタルイカと菜の花のタリオリーニ。木の芽の香りもあって、春らしいパスタです。
ドルチェはティラミス。こちらは甘さ控えめな大人のティラミス。
美味しい料理をゆっくりと楽しめました。大変美味しゅうございました。
