こちらの方に用事があり寄ってみました。
煮込みバラ肉ラーメンというのがメニューにあり美味しそうなので頼みます。
7、8分ほどで着丼です、まず厚めの肉が目に入り食をそそります。
スープからいただきます、豚骨醤油の味はどこの店舗でも横綱の味です、ばらつきは感じません。
麺は少し細めのストレート麺、柔らかめですが啜り心地はよろしいです。
具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、もやしです。
チャーシューは脂身が思いのほか少なくトロっというよりはしっかりした歯応えです、ご飯に合いそうやな、と思いました。
ネギ入れ放題が嬉しいです。
一緒に行った方からピリ辛餃子を分けてもらい確かにピリッと辛くそしてにんにくがよく効いてるなと思ったのですが公式のホームページではにんにく不使用と書いてました、自分の味覚がほんまにたよりないです。
