一般的に焼き肉と言えば牛肉ですが、ここ松阪市では牛肉と同じくらい、もしくはそれ以上
焼肉といえば鶏肉だそうです。
私も松阪市民の同僚に 「前島食堂」 さんへ連れて頂いてからすっかり鶏焼肉にハマってしまいましたね。
今では見つけると必ず入ってしまいます。
そしてこちら松阪庁舎すぐ近くにある鶏焼肉のお店「とり鈴」さんです。
店内に入ると中央にテーブルがあり、右側にお座敷、奥にカウンターです。
席に着きメニューを見てみますとメインの鶏肉はムネ、モモ、こにく、肝、砂肝の５種類。
サイドメニューに手羽先唐揚げ、コロッケ、ミンチカツなどもあり
とり鍋（スープ）味噌汁、ライス、キムチなどといった内容です。
お値打ちなランチもありましたけど、以下の５品を注文してみました。
○モモ（440円）
○こにく（500円）
○手羽先唐揚げ（480円）
○とり鍋（600円）
○ご飯大（270円）
こにくとは鶏の首の部分の肉のようです。程度に弾力はありますけど柔らかく美味しいです。
タレは今まで食べてきた鶏焼肉店の中でも最もあっさりとして少し甘さを感じるものでした。
鶏鍋はスープに天かすがタップリと入りコクがありますね。 けっこう濃いめの味付けです。
手羽先は皮の部分はパリッとして中はジューシーで美味しいです。
今回も食べ過ぎてしまいましたけど、牛肉と違ってしつこくないのも特徴かと思います。
お財布だけでなく胃にも優しくて良いのではないでしょうか。

こちら、西側一面がガラス窓なんですが
直射日光が結構キツイ（汗）
天気のいい日は窓側以外に座った方が良いかと思います。
