Enjoy our proud, tender meat made from safe and secure domestic chicken!
By carefully preparing the meat, they make it soft and bring out its natural flavor, and many people are surprised at how tender it is after just one bite. The homemade sauce is sweet with a spicy aft |
We had dinner here. Since it was Matsusaka, we wanted to have beef, but apparently Matsusaka is known for its Yakiniku (Grilled meat) yakiniku, so we decided to try that. The famous restaurant was quite far away, so we made a reservation at this restaurant, which was within walking distance of the hotel. The restaurant is quite new, so the interior is very clean. We ordered a lemon sour. For the chicken, we ordered thigh and breast meat, sausage, chicken cream Croquette, and extra grated garlic. The grilled meat is coated in a rich miso sauce, and then dipped in a miso dipping sauce with grated garlic. It goes really well with rice. Personally, I like thigh meat, but the staff recommended breast meat. It's also said that it's best to lightly grill the surface before eating. The thigh meat is soft and juicy. The breast meat is like seared meat. It must be really fresh to eat. The rare breast is also delicious. The chicken cream Croquette was also freshly fried, and the chicken cream Croquette, instead of shrimp or crab, was delicious in its own way. However, there were a few disappointing points. First of all, for a new restaurant, there was no ventilation at all. At the same time, the air conditioner was not very effective. Maybe this kind of restaurant in Matsusaka has a Matsusaka style of eating chicken Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in a stuffy restaurant... Also, there are not many types of Chuhai (Shochu cocktail). When I looked it up in advance, it seemed that they also had lime and grapefruit in addition to lemon, but when I actually went there, there were only lemon sours and oolong highballs. This time, I learned that Matsusaka is not only good at beef, but also at chicken. One thing I thought was that most of the staff in the restaurant were women, so I felt that it would be nice to develop menus that women would like from a female perspective. Thank you for the meal.
