きっと地元の人気店でとても混んでいましたが、マスターが終始店全体に気を行き渡らせていて、賑やかな中、しっとり幸せな気分で食事を楽しめるお店でした。
料理も一品一品、思いが伝わるものでどれも本当に美味しかったです。ホーエー豚の焼物，クリームチーズとりんごの白和え、エリンギのバター炒め、餃子など、大好きなお酒をいっそう美味しくしてくれるものばかりで、ビール、日本酒、ワインとつい広げていってしまいました。あとしめの坦々麺も山椒がピリリと効くなかとても奥深い味で本当に多彩な味わいでした。
二階に座敷かテーブルがあるようでしたが一階のカウンター席がシェフの調理をダイレクトに見ながら飲めておススメです。
まだ新しい店のようですが次に来る時にはもっと席が取りにくい店になっているんだろうなと思います。本当は自分だけの秘密の行きつけにしたくなるお店なんですが……
