松阪市嬉野にある工場というか倉庫を改装したお洒落なカフェ。
お店の従業員が男性のみという珍しい雰囲気です。
平日ランチにお邪魔しましたが、それなりに埋まっており流行っている感じでした。
サラダ＋バケットorライス、メイン、ドリンクの内容のランチAを選択。
メイン料理は、鶏もも肉と色々キノコのクリーム煮込みを選びました。
注文受けてから作るのでしょう。
メインの料理が来るまで、だいたい20分ちょっとかかりました。
その前にサラダも持ってきてくれます。
サラダはなにかよく分からないんですが、いろんなお野菜を使っていて新鮮でシャキシャキで食べてて楽しい。使っているドレッシングも普通に美味しかったです。
鶏もも肉はふっくらと焼き上がりジューシー。柔らかくしっかりソースと絡んでいます。クリームソースは濃厚さはありますがしつこくない。このソースだと食べ飽きませんね。そしてキノコの食感がよく鶏ときのこの相性はさすが抜群。
ライスではなくバケットでしょうとバケットの方でお願いしたのですが、最後1切れを残ったクリームソースを付けながら食べてみるとクリームソースとバケットね相性が絶妙。チョイスして大正解でした。
ドリンクはあまり見ないパインジュースにしたのですが、フレッシュですが、甘さがいい感じにあり、さっぱりしていて飲みやすく美味しいジュースでした。
3月の訪問ですが、今年一番お気に入りのお店です♪
また時間を作ってお邪魔したいです。
