土曜日、18時ごろに行きました。
予約はせずの飛び込みだったのですが、案内していただけました。
メニューを眺めて注文したのは、名物ネギ塩タン、おすすめの上カルビ しょうゆ、松阪牛ハラミ、ミックスホルモン みそ、若鶏 みそ、ウィンナー、ご飯、数量限定焦がしなめらかプリン
など数品いただきました。
ネギ塩タンはタンは厚めでネギを後乗せするタイプでした。
上カルビは柔らかくて脂が溶ける感じで美味しい。
若鶏は松阪市といえばの味噌味選択です。プリップリッで新鮮。美味しかったです。
焦がしなめらかプリンは、トロトロのプリンで、注文が入ってから表面を炙って作られるのでパリッパリ。軽い苦味が加わって美味しいですね。
松阪市にはたくさん焼肉屋さんが有りますが、お肉の質は悪くなく、コストパフォーマンスの方も良い方だと思います。
内装はモダンで素敵ですが、3つあるお座席の真ん中の利用でしたので席の問題か、狭くて居心地が微妙でゆっくりとはできなかったのは残念なところ。
