松阪市内にて・・・
この日も松阪にて食べログ活動(^^♪
まだまだ松阪では行けるお店があるのが嬉しい。
実は今年の5月に白粉町にあった「満帆」と言う和食店に行って、中々良い印象を持った。
只、そこは5月いっぱいで店じまいをしてしまうと言う・・・
そうか、残念だな～～と思っていたら、改めてお店を始めたらしい・・・
と言う事で情報収集(^^♪
訪問したのは平日のお昼12：00頃。勿論事前に予約をしておいた。
後で聞いたら、お昼は完全予約制でいきなり行ってもダメとの事！！
お店の場所は松阪駅裏（近鉄側）の路地の一角。
近くには「朝日野寿司」がある。
駐車場は隣の焼肉屋さんの一角。
車を停めて店内に入ると先客が1組。座席はカウンター席と奥側に座敷席。
そのカウンター席に案内されて着席。
メニューはお昼も夜もコースのみ。お昼は＠3,000～、夜は＠5,000～。
女将さんと大将に挨拶をして、早速コースが始まった。
以下順番に・・・
☆・・・しめじ、あわびの吸い物。
☆・・・小鉢。椎茸、小松菜のお浸し、イクラ添え。
☆・・・造り。北海道のヒラメ、長崎のシメサバ。それをネギ、山葵で食べる。一緒に塩昆布も。
☆・・・八寸。トビウオのさつま揚げ。南瓜、椎茸、ヤングコーン、牛蒡等の炊き合わせ。ブロッコリー、春子鯛。あさり真丈、ウズラ玉子、南瓜カステラ、卯の花等・・・
☆・・・豆腐と山芋のかるかん。うなぎも入った餡かけ。
☆・・・サンマの難波焼。さつま芋のチョップ、パプリカの酢漬けと一緒にご飯と赤出汁。一番出汁に使った鰹節をふり掛けにして。
☆・・・黄な粉プリン。
この間約1時間20分ほど。料理はしっかりと手の入った優れもの。成程コース料理だけにした理由が分かる。
大将に話を聞いてみると、大阪で修業をしたのち、県内でも修業をしお店を始めたとの事。
流石に、ナンチャッテのお店とは違う腕前(^^♪
以前の「満帆」を閉めたのは色々理由があったようだが、此れから頑張って続けて下さい。
