2021年8月 平日のお昼の訪問です。
今日も開店時間少し前の到着です。お店の前の広い駐車スペースにバイクを停めて少し待ちます。
開店時間になって店内に案内されます。カウンター席の一番奥の席に着席です。
一番推しのまっちゃらぁめんをお願いしました。
少し待って着丼です。油分が軽く浮いたスープにゴロゴロのニンニクに、豚肉、モヤシ、ハクサイ、ニラ、鷹の爪のトッピングです。
ではスープをいただきます。あっさりし目の醤油味のスープは飲みやすい味わいで、具材の野菜たちの甘味と鷹の爪の少しピリッとしたアクセントのある美味しいスープですよ。
麺は細めの縮れ麺でスープとの相性もよく、モチっとした美味しい麺です。
青森県田子産のニンニクはホクっとした食感で野菜たちやスープにもよく合ってて美味しかったですよ。
気付けば今日も全汁での完食です。帰りの道中ですがニンニクをたくさん食べたのにヘリメットの中がニンニク臭くなかったです。
