I came to Mie on a trip! After a nice lunch in Ise, it was time for meat in the evening! I came all the way to Matsusaka, so meat! Grilled meat! That's why I came here a lot. I ordered a lot of delicious single dishes! The three that looked especially good were the thick-cut Hanasaki tongue, the fillet Steak, and the Matsusaka beef cut-off ribs! The other dishes such as tripe and specially selected red meat were also delicious, but the above three were especially good. Matsusaka beef is so amazing, even the cut-offs are full of flavor. It's directly managed by a livestock company, so the fresh, thick cuts are as big and bold as Steak! The more you chew, the more flavor comes out. There are many types of sauces to change the flavor, so I realized that you shouldn't compare it to other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants out there lol. Thank you for the meal!
