怪しいグルメ探検隊in松阪。
今日は松阪でラーメンです。「麺や川（せん）」に行って来ました。お店の前には共通で30台ほどの駐車場があるので車でも安心していけます。
休日の正午過ぎ人気店故に満席で5〜6組程の待ち。用紙に名前を書いて呼ばれるのを待ちます。先に自販機で食券を購入。基本的に醤油か塩かの二択なので鶏そば特製塩（1,100円）にいたしました。結局30分ほど待ってカウンター席に案内されました。中はＬ字型のカウンター席が８席のみの小さなお店です。オペレーションはご夫妻かな？の二名です。
食券を渡して待つ事しばし、ラーメンがやってきました。トッピングは味玉にメンマそして鶏ももと豚肩ロースのダブルチャーシュー。こちらは低温熟成されたものです。麺は国産小麦粉を使ったストレートの細麺、スッキリと澄んだスープも美味しいです。好みの味だなあ。
大変美味しゅうございました。こんなに待つ事が無ければ何度もきたいお店ですね。
