木花日和へ。
５月21日、松阪市飯南町にグランドオープンした、松阪市民のソウルフード鶏焼き肉の丼や日替わり弁当、和洋の総菜、各種パン、鶏むね肉のから揚げなどを扱うお店です。
地元の食材や旬のものを使った安心安全なメニューを出すのがコンセプト。鶏むね肉のから揚げ・モグチキは、日本でも流行中の台湾風から揚げ・大鶏(ダージーパイ)を念頭に、店独自の味つけでカリカリに仕上げられているそうで、プレオープンではあっという間に売り切れた、とのこと。
オープン２日目の朝10時半に到着。
ポールシャッターでした。
オープンの11時には、20人くらいの行列になってました。
メニュー。
日替わり弁当(850円)をテイクアウト。
この日の日替わり弁当のメインは、新じゃがと鶏のスパイス揚げでした。
あとは、たけのこ・厚揚げ・ほうれん草のおひたし・揚げなす・切り干し大根ときゅうりと人参の和え物・お新香・ごはんでした。
手作り感バッチリで、あじも最高でした。
美味しかったです。
