【福岡ソフトバンクホークス】にドラフト1位で入団し、活躍された「江川智晃」さんのお店です☺️
店名の【四十三番】は現役時代の背番号⚾️
野球を辞められた後は、三重県内の養豚場で第一号のHACCP（ハサップ）認定養豚場【一志ピックファーム】を営んでみえます
そんな一志ピックファームのお肉を低温でじっくり揚げるので、とんかつ四十三番さんでは、とても柔らかなお肉をいただく事が出来ます☺️
お味噌汁はアオサの豚汁✨
そしてキャベツにつけるドレッシングまでもが
めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです❤️
とんかつの調味料も色々あったので、
お好みで食べ比べしてみてください☺️
ちなみに私はワサビ醤油推しです✨
