今日は久しぶりにガッツリ肉を食べたいって事で、
私は2度目、友人は初のとんてきを食べにきました。
水曜日の11時すぎに入店しましたが、テーブル席は全て、座敷も半分ほど埋まってました。
さすがですね〜。
私たちは座敷席に座り、大とんてき定食と、どて豚、トンチップスをオーダー。
で、箸休めに頼んだ、どて豚とトンチップスはすぐに運ばれてきました。
トンチップスは友人のリクエストで私も初めて食べたんですが、これはヤバい (￣▽￣;)
コラーゲンたっぷり…ですよね〜〜〜〜〜!!!!
カリッと揚げてあるけど、脂です。脂っこい……(>_<)
全然箸が進まない。2人して苦笑い。
どて豚は、お肉ホロホロで柔らかく、脂も気にならない。
キャベツとの相性抜群。これはオススメです。
大とんてきはかなり待ちました。
それで、大とんてきの焼き上がるタイミングで6席分ぐらいに一気にご飯ととん汁が配られ、すぐに大とんてきが着皿。
友人、見た瞬間に愕然。完食できる気がしないと。
でも、味は抜群!! にんにくのきいたしっかりこってり味。にんにくも3粒？入ってました。これがほくほくのジャガイモみたいで美味しい。
とん汁はトンチップスの揚げてないバージョンみたいな細かい肉と他にはもやしとごぼうが入ってます。でもこれも脂っこい(>_<)
食べていくウチに冷めてきて、とんてきもとん汁もなお脂っこくなって、とんてきに添えられてるキャベツも脂まみれになって、最後は苦行のようになりましたが、2人で無事完食。
たまには、こんなご飯も楽しいですね。
