久々に老母と外出。何が食べたいかと聞くとラーメン。本当にラーメンが好きです。
開店時刻の17時半に駐車場へ着くとまだ店内は真っ暗。えっ?今日休みなのと思っていたら照明が点きました。ギリギリ真っ暗な中で仕込みしてるのでしょうか？
店内は4人〜6人掛けのテーブル席と小上がり席がほとんど。グループ・ファミリー向けのお店だと分かります。
注文したのは母が中華そば、私が酢豚と餃子とライス。注文のときに食べ放題のキムチの壺を持ってきてくれます。辛いもの好きな母は料理が届くまで、おいしい、おいしいと言ってつまんでました。
母の中華そばを少しシェアしました。スープは味が濃い目、コクがあります。少し変わった味ですが悪くありません。茹で玉子もおいしい。豚肉は筋があって硬め。
酢豚は豚肉の衣が厚めで肉も筋が多くて硬め。どうもここの豚肉は全体的に硬めなのでしょうか（安い肉？）。でも肉の量は多かったです。タレはCook Do風です。
餃子は普通の味。焼き方は上手でした。
夜の時間が始まったばかりだからなのか、店員さんはホール担当1人、厨房も1人です。私たちのあとに続々とお客さんが来ましたが、うまく対応できるのか心配になりました。
駐車場にある大きな看板にはチャイナ服の女の子の絵が書かれています。これって見たことあるなあ。「あじへい」のと同じです。きっとグループの一つなのでしょう。
全体的には、本格中華というよりは中華ファミレスという感じです。大勢で来るにはよいお店かと。隣のテーブルでは女の子の誕生日なのか、店員さんが「おめでとう♪」の歌を歌ってあげていました。
※老母の世話を焼いていたらすっかりメイン料理の写真を撮り忘れました。餃子とキムチのみです。(T_T)
