ずいぶん久しぶりにお伺い｡
たしか､以前はホテル中華のご出身とはお聞きしていましたが､薬膳を全面的に謳われるお店となっていました｡
器も含めてホテル中華に近しい､上品な中華であるのは変わらずでしたが、、、｡
ジャスミン茶をいただきながら､お料理を待ちます｡
◼ ふわトロオム天津飯 780円
あっさり系天津飯は､お名前とおりに､ふわっと半熟気味に仕上げたオムライス風玉子焼きにあんかけのそれ｡
ふつうに美味しいのですが､あんに｢深み｣がなく感じられました｡
あれれ？
何年か前､いただいたときと何か違うような(^^;;
あっ､不味くはないんですけどね｡
◼ 豚フィレ肉の健康すぶた 1380円
すぶたのお肉は､ブロック(角切り)ではなくスライス｡
健康的には良いのでしょうね､たぶん｡
でも､噛み応えに乏しいんです(^^;;
こちらも､うーん｡
謳われる薬膳が健康に良いだろうということは､まったく肯定できるところです｡
また化調か無化調かを問えば､無化調が良いだろうということも然り｡
しかし､呆け舌のカエルは､薬膳の有り難みよりかは､うまいかうまくないかが最優先課題かと個人的には思いました｡
何年か前は､もっと単純に美味しかった記憶がありましたね(^^)
