休日13時頃、近くでの用を終えてその帰りに凛花さんへ。
薬膳を取り入れた薬膳中華のお店で坦々麺が特に人気。人気故に待つ事も多いのですが、今回は待たずに食べたかったのでランチコースを予約。ランチコース(1500円／1名 からあり)で予約すれば待たずに入店可能です。
こちらは隣に建物が建った為店前の駐車スペースがやや狭くなり、今は4台のみ駐車可能。満車の際は近所の有料駐車場を利用。条件付きですが補助券も出ます。
さて、今回予約したのはランチコース2000円のもの。
全体的に味がしっかり目で、塩分が濃い目。薬膳＝やさしい味わいや風味という印象なので少々驚き。
私の感覚や好みとは若干異なるのかも知れません。
また、キッチンと一番近い席だったので雑談やスタッフ同士の確認の声が聞こえたり、やり取りも気になります。たまたま居合わせた赤ちゃんの大きな泣き声も中々インパクトがあり、色々と気になり落ちつけない食事タイムでした。小煩い姑みたいで申し訳ないですが。
ただメイン料理の後の赤坦々麺(ミニサイズ)は辛さだけでなく胡麻などの旨味もよく効いておりとても美味しく頂きました。やっぱり名物はひと味違う気がします。
こちらで頂くなら坦々麺が1番いい選択なのかもしれません。
