四日市文化会館で講習の帰り道で見つけた、
お洒落そうなお店。
ずーっと気になっておりました。
凛花さん。
本日、お店前の駐車場が空いているのを発見。
これはチャンスと飛び込みました。
入店時は、お客様の入替りのタイミングだったので、
すんなり着席できましたが、私の後から来店されたお客様は
待ちが発生していました。
限定10食の凛花ランチと限定15食の中華ランチは完売。
他のランチメニューからお選び下さい。との事。
麺・飯 ハーフ&ハーフのエビチャーハンのランチをオーダー。
ハーフ&ハーフの麺は、名物 赤タンタン麺のハーフサイズと決まっていて
麺の種類は選べません。
ランチタイムは、セルフでドリンク飲み放題。
嬉しいですね。
セットで運ばれて来ました。
麺・飯 ハーフ&ハーフランチ。
名物 赤タンタン麺。
麺は細麺、縮れ麺。
スープは ゴマペーストのお味かと思いきや、
最初、少し塩っぱい感じがしました。
辛味は私には、感じられない。
塩ラーメンと醤油ラーメンの間のスープにゴマペーストが
少し入ったようなタンタン麺。
濃厚ゴマペーストのタンタン麺をイメージすると、
かなり離れたお味です。
イメージが離れていても上品でおいしいラーメンです。
私にはちょっとパンチが足りないお味でしたので
テーブル調味料の案内を見ながら、私好みにカスタマイズしました。
豊富なテーブル調味料で自分好みのお味にカスタマイズ出来るのは嬉しいですね。
スープを飲み進めて行くと、ナッツが入っていました。
ちょこっと得した気分…
エビチャーハン。
こちらは、ホテル中華のチャーハンそのもの。
優しいお味でおいしいです。
エビもなかなかのグレードのエビが3尾。
彩りの為かな。
エビチャーハン。
ベビーリーフのトッピングにスイートサワーソースが少し掛けてありました。
これは、個人的には要らないかな…
ホテル中華のチャーハンのお味で十分おいしいチャーハンです。
ベビーリーフで3尾のエビが隠れるし、
スイートサワーソースで、そちらのお味に持って行かれちゃう。
もったいないです。
デザートは、ダイスに切ったサツマイモの甘煮。ゴマがまぶして有り可愛らしい。
凛花さん。ランチタイムは税込価格。
ホテル中華のお味をリーズナブルに味わえる
いいお店でした。
