近鉄名古屋線 近鉄四日市駅から徒歩7分の、閑静な街並みにひっそりとこちらのお店はあります。
一軒家レストラン、敷地に駐車場が用意され、駐車場の分だけ奥まっています。
清潔でお洒落な店内は、2人用テーブル席3つと、4人用テーブル席4つで、2階には座敷席、掘りごたつ席があるようです。
ランチメニューは担々麺中心で、「赤タンタン麺800円」「黒タンタン麺850円」「白タンタン麺900円」「唐辛子入りタンタン麺1080円」「古典タンタンまぜ麺950円」「しびれタンタン麺950円」「ふわトロ天津飯800円」と多種。
ランチタイムはセットもあり、「タンタン麺ランチAセット950円・Bセット1000円・Cセット1400円」、限定10食の「味くらべタンタン麺ランチAセット1300円・Bセット1300円・単品900円」「飲茶ランチ1500円」、限定15色の「週替わりチャイナランチ1000円」など。

セット内容は、ハーフサイズの黒タンタン麺・ハーフサイズ赤タンタン麺・チャーハン・小鉢。
卓上には6種類のスパイスが用意されていて、自分好みに調整できます。(四川漢源花椒・五香紛・藤椒油・黒酢・激辛唐辛子ペースト・自家製ラー油)
・赤タンタン麺は、グアテマラ産の香り高いゴマをふんだんに使ってペースト状態にし、中華スープでほど良く伸ばしています。
仕上げに自家製のラー油を落とし、風味と旨味を加えています。
芳醇な香りとマイルドな辛さが特徴の食べやすい仕上がり。
唐辛子ペーストと四川漢源花椒と五香紛を加え、辛さと香りをプラスしていただきました。
・黒タンタン麺は、黒ゴマをたっぷりと使い、より香ばしさを際立たせています。
赤担々麺よりやや辛味のある美味しさが特長です。
藤椒油と五香紛をプラス、特に藤椒油と黒ゴマの相性が良く、味変を楽しませてもらいました。
タンタン麺を食べ比べ終えたところで、物足りなさがあったがチャーハンを食べると、ちょうどいい腹具合になります。
静かで落ち着く雰囲気の中で、ワンランク上のタンタン麺をいただきました。
機会があれば、薬膳の考え方を取り入れた創作中華のコースにもチャレンジしてみたいですね。
