って聞いた事ありますか？
関西で言うところの「ほるもん(＝捨てる物)」がホルモンの語源だと、以前どこかで聞いたんですが本当なんでしょうか？
ホルモンと聞くと、脂プリプリのあの部分が真っ先に浮かびますが、本来は内臓全般を指すそうです。
情熱ホルモンはそんないろーんなホルモンが食べられる三重では珍しいお店だと思います。
私たちがいつも食べてるホルモンは小腸なんですが、それ以外にもウルテ(喉仏)やコリコリ(動脈)、牛には胃が４つありますがその４種類も頂けます。めずらしい所ではリップ(唇)やハナハナ(鼻)なども・・・
おすすめはこの日初めて食べたハナハナ(鼻)。脂がのってプリっとして美味しかったです♪ あとコブクロ(卵管)もコリコリして美味し♪♪ ハチノス(2番目の胃)も見た目はグロテスクですがやわらかくて好きです。あ、でもこのお店のはちょっと硬かったかな・・・
こちらのお店は店内があまり広くないので、席によってはスタッフの方たちとの距離が近く、ちょっと圧迫感を感じるかも(^^;)
でも、各ホルモンが２９０円～ととても安く種類も多いので、気軽にいろいろ試せていいと思います。
次回行ったら食べた事のないホルモンにまたチャレンジしようと思います。
