久しぶりに、平日のランチに行きました。
到着は11:20。
５分程車で待ってから入口へ行くと２組目です。
まだ5分前ですが案内されてカウンターに。注文は２人共勿論「牛焼肉定食」、私は御飯大、同じ値段で大にできます。1,000円で牛肉の焼肉定食が食べられるなんて、最高のコスパ。
直ぐにサラダ（キャベツ）、味噌汁、漬物到着。今日は、漬物皿に牛肉時雨が。この時雨が抜群に旨くて、これだけで御飯1/3食べられます。
キャベツにドレッシングをかけて準備万端。タレを掛けた肉が到着。ロースターのプレートが熱くなったら早速肉を焼き始めます。
部位・厚さはバラバラですが、かなり良い肉で、柔らかいです。
ちょっと甘めの付けダレを付け、御飯にワンパンしながら一気に食べて15分で完食。
カウンターの両隣がお一人様で、食後直ぐに退店。
両側で片付けが始まりなんだか慌ただしい､、、。
セルフのお茶も飲まずに退店しました。
今日も美味しくいただきました。
