土曜日のお昼、11時半過ぎに『松坂苑』さんを訪問。
入口で少し待ってから、席へ案内。少し混んでいるのか入口付近の席へ。
メニューは、焼肉ランチが8種類とビジネスランチが5種類あります。
焼肉が食べたかった&ホルモンも食べたかったので、焼肉伍番をご飯大盛りで注文。
始めに、ご飯とスープ、キムチ、ムンチュサラダ、タレ、トングが。
お肉が到着するまで、サラダを食べていると数分でお肉が到着。
お肉は、カルビ、トロホルモン、レバーの3種と茄子、南瓜。
ランチのセットなので、ボリューム感はありまさんが、どのお肉も食べやすく、脂の甘みもあり、レバーは臭みも無く、美味しく頂きました。

I went to Matsusakaen on Sunday afternoon. It was around 11:30, but we were shown to an empty table without waiting. While I was eating, all the seats I could see were filled. The menu includes a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) platter, a limited edition of 10 carefully prepared lunches, half-sized pork, loin, short ribs, and a platter of rare cuts. First, salad, kimchi, namul, tofu, and soup were brought out, and after a short wait, the meat arrived. Loin, short ribs and rare parts are misuji. The loin and short ribs are just the right thickness and size, and it's always delicious to grill them one by one, dip the roasted meat in the sauce, and eat it with rice. Thank you for the meal.
