夏の大旅行5日目。
旅も後半。
紀伊半島から自宅へ向かう途中に四日市で一泊。
三重でまだ松阪牛を食べていなかったのでこちらの焼肉屋さんへ。
ちょっと高級感のあるお店です。
◆松阪牛4種盛り
上カルビ、ロース、イチボ、あとは失念…
美しく霜が入っていますが、やはり脂感がかなり強く肉の味は弱め。
◆牛タン
別盛りのネギを油で煮たものを載せるタイプ。
美味しい牛タンです。
◆ハラミ
しっかり肉感のあるハラミで美味しいです。
◆若鶏、上ミノ
安定の美味しさ。
美味しいけどたくさんは食べられないと思った松阪牛でした。
