近鉄四日市とトナリエの中間くらいにあるお店で、階段で２Fまで上がったところにこちらのお店はある。
生パスタが売りのお店で、内部はお洒落な感じ。
一年位前のことになるのだが、パスタ好きを伴っての訪問だ。
スパゲティカルボナーラが大好物の連れは、卵・ソースが、細いスパゲティ麺にねっとりなめらかに絡んで最高に美味しいと大絶賛。麺は生めんの故か、モチモチシコシコの状態で、お口の中で幸せな状態とのこと。
パスタ好きをこちらのお店に連れてきて、自分としても責任を果たせて良かったなと＾＾
ちなみに自分の食べたパスタも、塩ソースからの拘りと、柔らかな牛と春菊のコンビネーションが最高のものでした。
