都ホテルの和食。とろろがあるとのことでそれ目的。
麦ごはん、とろろ、の入った健康御膳にしました。
ごま豆腐、ゆば、などなど。ちょっと苦手だったのはごま豆腐でしたが、ゆばが予想以上においしかったです。
ゆばの上にうにがのって。。。
これだけで充分来た意味があったなっと思いました。
あとは、味わい御膳を一緒に行った方が頼んだのですが、その中のちっちゃい付け合わせのものをもらって。。。
それがあんこうきもでした。なかなかおいしかったです。
茶碗蒸しも。。。
とろろは、だしがもっとほしかったかな。。。
酢のものはちょっと口に合いませんでした。^_^;
まあ、ホテルの和食ですから、やっぱりそれなりの接待で、落ち着きます。
同じホテルでもこの間のホテルよりもやっぱり格が違うなっと思いました。
味も含めて。。。そつがないというか。
整った味です。ただし、優等生という感じで、すっごーーーいというところはあまりありませんが。
公式の場合にはお勧めです。
