四日市都ホテル2階の和食レストランですが、他に有るカフェテリア、中華よりやや敷居が高い雰囲気があります。値段も少し高めです。私は仕事中の服装等もありなかなか伺えませんでした。
ランチは（内容も値段も）色々有りますが、「健康御前」なる揚げ物の無いものを用意しており、調理用油を好まない自分には助かるメニューです。煮もの、蒸し物、豆腐とこんにゃくの刺し身、茶碗蒸し、ｅｔｖ・・・、麦ごはん、味はまずまずで、それなりに動植物性たん白質も含みカロリーは恐らく500～600kcalといった所でしょうが、品数も多く食べ応えはあります。当然ですが出汁はきちんとしています。
また利用できればと思いました。
