旨い肉と韓国料理
三重県四日市市城東町にある焼肉店。
創業３５年になる老舗焼肉店だ。
夜に相方と訪問。店内は半分くらいのお客の入り。「カルビ」８４０円「ロース」９４０円「サガリ」５４０円「牛刺し炙り」９００円「豚カルビ」５９０円「韓国冷麺」８９０円「野菜チヂミ」６４０円「キンパッ」５９０円「にしうらサラダ」５９０円を注文。なお、キンパッは韓国風海苔巻きだ。これは相方が韓流ドラマで見て食べたい、とずっと思っていたようでようやく巡り会えた、と喜んでいた。私は久々の牛刺しにご満悦。生肉大好き、なので新鮮なお肉に感激。韓国料理の味も良い。肉質も良かったのでカルビ、ロース共に「上」を食べてみたくなった。大満足な内容でした。

を注文。今回、松阪牛の盛り合わせを頼んだが、飛騨牛の盛り合わせも発見！しかも、松阪より飛騨が高いのは何故？仕入れの問題！？ここは三重県だから、松阪の方が入手がしやすいのか？何て思いながら、食べ比べのために飛騨牛も注文。食べ比べてみると肉質は飛騨牛の方が好きかな？柔らかい肉、脂ノリは松阪の方が上だが、肉を食べた～、という実感は飛騨牛の方が勝っているように思う。肉に求めるものは人それぞれだが、私と相方（相方の支持は意外だったが）飛騨牛に軍配！最近、ホルモンに目覚めた我々だが、今回はイマイチだった。上ホルモンの方が良かったのかな？
