日曜夕方、みそ家に行きました。
今回が二度目です。
前回は平日だったからか、空いていましたが、今回は混んでいて、車でかなり待ちました。
店員さんが忙しくて片付けまで追い付かないのか、席が空いてから案内までもかなり待ちました。
店内はこじんまりしていてキレイですが、席によっては隣の席が近すぎて気になります。
メニューは松阪ポークやさくらポークなど、県内産のお肉が何種類かあって、少し値が張ります。
他にも安価なメニューもありますが、せっかくならと、さくらポークのヒレを頼みました。
お肉は厚めながら、柔らかくて、パン粉は細かめでとても食べやすいです。さくらポークのヒレは少しあっさりし過ぎというか、豚肉独特のコクが足りない気もしましたが…
ごはんやお味噌汁も美味しいし、３種の漬物も美味しいです。
今はどこでもドリンクバーとかがあるから、飲み物がついてないのが残念です。セットの価格で選べるワンドリンクがあればいいのに、と思います。
あとは、店員さんが少ないんじゃないかと思います。
