松坂ポークのロースカツ220を。
280が極厚切りと書いてあったので迷ったが220でもすごく分厚い。
そして、松坂ポークの特徴なのか、かみごたえがありながらしっとりとした独特な食感。
硬さと食べ応えのバランスが非常に良い。おいしい。
ソースは3種類あるが、塩が一番合う。そして白いご飯が進む。
