以前、てんさんにお邪魔したのは数年前・・・前に行った時は次は無しと思っていましたが・・・今回、偶々てんさんに行くことになり以前と変化があることを期待して行きました。
人数は私を含めて4人です。《座敷は掘りごたつになっているので楽に座れます。》
まず最初におすすめのお肉を注文しました。
厚切りタン、ホルモン、後はさがりだったかハラミだったか？・・・味の方は厚切りタンは普通に美味しかったです。《お肉の味がしっかりしてました。》
ホルモンは食べやすい大きさで美味しいかったです。《脂身は少な目でした。》、さがり or ハラミの方も美味しいお肉でした。
焼肉のたれは醤油？、味噌？の２種類ありお好みのたれでお肉を食べれます。
たれはお肉本来の旨みを味わってもらう様な味でした。《私にはあっさりした味に感じました。》
続いて食べたのは、ランプ肉、カルビ、ミノetc・・・味の方はランプ肉は厚みがあり食べごたえがありました。《あっさりしています。》、カルビは
普通に美味しかったです。ミノは食べやすい大きさで固くもなく美味しかったです。次に〆でカルビクッパを注文しました。味の方は厚切りのカルビが
3枚入っていてお肉のジューシーさとクッパとの相性が良く美味しかったです。
飲み物はハイボールを6杯くらい飲みましたが呑み助の私には少し味がうすいです。《あっさり系なのかな？おかげでお肉を沢山食べることができました。》
あと赤だしも味がうすい《こちらもあっさり系なのかな？》
今回、数年振りにお邪魔した感想はお肉の状態も良く、お店の方も頑張っていました。四日市駅周辺は焼肉屋さんの激戦区でもあり今の良い状態を維持して
頂ければと思います。
てんさんは牛の一頭買いというこもあり他のお店と比較すると四日市駅周辺ではCPは高い方に入ると思います。
次回は何時お店にお邪魔するか分かりませんが今回のように質の良いお肉を食べれることを期待しています。《値段は上げても質は落とさないでほしい》
