前菜5種盛合わせ
鶏ハムはぎゅっと旨味がありしっとりしていて美味。クミンがかかったカレー風味のポテサラが良いアクセントに、きのこのマリネが口をさっぱりしてくれます。ブロッコリーたっぷりのフリッタータはなめらかで優しい味。ナスのトマト煮も全部美味しかったです。
牛ホホ肉の3時間27分煮込みはトロッと柔らかく口の中でほどけるホホ肉がソースと絡んで、パテ同様ワインにぴったりで美味しかったです。
鴨のローストも焼き加減が絶妙で鴨の旨味を堪能できました。添えられているエスニック風のソースを添えると雰囲気がガラッと変わって、香りの変化も楽しめて最後の一口まで美味しくいただけました。
どのお料理もリーズナブルでとても美味しかったです。今度は名物のフォアグラ料理があるときにまた伺いたいです。
