鳥料理専門の居酒屋
今度、こちらで飲み会するのでその前にランチ偵察です。
ランチは日替わりなど何種類かありましたが
今回選んだのは「鶏まぶし」
ひつまぶしの鶏肉バージョンで甘辛タレに絡めた鶏肉が食欲そそります。
まずはそのまま食べて、次に薬味と一緒にと言ってもワサビのみでした、最後は出汁茶漬けでいただくひつまぶしスタイル！
好みの食べ方で楽しく満足感ある料理です。
ランチセットの鶏肉のタタキも柔らかくしっとりして美味しかったです。
ひとつ好みでなかったのは、ご飯が小粒で硬かったのが少し残念でした。味が良かっただけに惜しい！
さすが専門店ですね凝った料理なのにお値段もお得でした。これは夜の料理も楽しみです！
