The high-priced meats, such as premium thick-sliced Cow tongue, top loin, top short ribs, and top skirt steak, are actually not that high in quality for the price, nor are they very satisfying. Ordinary short ribs and Cow tongue are solid at the end of the price range, and I think this is better in terms of overall cost performance, but if that's the case then you might as well come to the conclusion that this is not the place for you.
