Well, since I'm taking a break from posting at 567, I think I'll quickly write up the piles of drafts that have been piling up (lol). There are about 150 of them at the moment (;゚ロ゚). Well, some of them are probably closed, so anyway, this restaurant! It's behind Max Value in Ikukuwa! I've always wanted to go but never had the chance, so after many years I was finally able to drop in (^^) You have to take your shoes off inside the restaurant, and there are five tables with sunken kotatsu tables! So, you might not be able to get in unless you make a reservation. When I visited, it was always full, with customers arriving one after another. So, coming here alone might be a bit frowned upon (^^;; It's fine if there's an empty space, though - the parking lot is at the back as seen from the restaurant. I think it can fit 7 cars? It might be even better if you park in a vertical line! Here's what I ordered this time! Potato salad, beef heart sashimi, Cow tongue sashimi, special skirt steak, top-quality tongue, horumon, special kalbi, top-quality liver, misuji Baumkuchen Ramen, beef tendon salt butter ramen, oxtail Ramen and rice. I was asked if I wanted salt or sauce, but I went with the owner's recommendation - I always do that when I go to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant (^^*) Of the fresh raw dishes, the tongue was the best! And the special kalbi was less greasy and juicier than it looked (*´▽`*) Baumkuchen pig is apparently a pig that was raised on a diet of Baumkuchen! It tasted like a normal pig when I ate it (lol) The noodles in the oxtail Ramen are similar to those in Cold Noodles The beef tendon salt butter Ramen had Ramen noodles and was filled with chunks of beef tendon. The meat was delicious, so I'd like to try a different type again. It's tasty enough even without the sauce, and I think it's good value for money too (*^^*) Thank you for the meal!
