パンナコッタ・・・というものは意識して食したことがなく
何をもって美味しいのかは良くわからない。
しかし、こちらのでいただいたものはとても美味しかった。
もちろん、どうこう言う知識はないので甘い食べ物としてだ。

こちらの「日本一高級なパンナコッタ」・・・

の全種類を複数個購入。
「100ｇの文銅を乗せても潰れない」・・・
と、いうキャッチフレーズ通り
シッカリとした弾力で味は濃厚この上ない。
ネットによる通販がメインというこちらは
工場直売も行ってはいるが法律上、工場内での販売ができない。
よって、お店の外で代金をお支払いし、しばらく待って晴れて受け取りとなるが
優しいご主人が車まで持ってきてくれるので煩わしさはない。
