Roasters are great.
I was actually planning to go home, but ended up staying in Yokkaichi. So I contacted my drinking buddies, a local member, and immediately decided on Kimuya, a grilled offal restaurant that is no exaggeration to say is my best restaurant around Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station. I got off the taxi near Suwa Park after 18:30, went directly to the restaurant, and was lucky to get a table for two (it was at the counter, but I didn't mind) from 19:20. Yes, if you just walk in, it's often crowded and you can't get in. After checking in, I exchanged a few emails, and headed back to the restaurant. Then, the macaroni salad appetizer was already set. I looked at the menu, and thought, "Hmm? They've raised the prices a little. It's been about two years. The changes over the past two years are everywhere. I guess it can't be helped. I usually order a la carte and start with offal, but this time I ordered the Kimuya mori (4,960 yen) for the first time. It's a hassle to order drinks every time, so I got my money's worth with the all-you-can-drink (2,000 yen) and 3 mega highballs for 980 yen each. I can't tell you exactly what part it is, but it's delicious. Everything is delicious. All I can say is that the meat is good. Is it delicious because it's roasted in a roaster? Which is better, shichirin or shichirin? However, Mr. Roaster did a very good job today, that's for sure. Other than that, I ordered liver and chicken breast. The liver is liver, and chicken breast is chicken breast. It's a little pricey, but dinner that day was a good choice.

Two times ago I went to Uguisu. If you can't get a seat at the counter, you should skip it. Last time I went to Matsuoka (formerly Harimoto). The name may have changed, but the quality of the meat remains the same. So I went to Kimuya for the first time in a while. It's the second restaurant towards Suwa Park from Platon Hotel, but it's often full. Anyway, the quality and variety of the offal dishes is good.
