The shop has a clean and fresh feel, with a white and navy blue theme. We want to serve delicious bread, so we carefully select ingredients and make each one by hand, faithful to the basics. |

『店内は3名までに・・』この看板に誘われます。
丁度 店から出て来られた 品のあるきれいな女性に 評判を取材したら、『いつも混んでいてなかなか入れないし、売り切れも多いですよ。バゲット系がおいしいですよ。』とのことで早速入店。
男性1女性1のこじんまり店。バゲットが数種、ライ麦ベースもあり数点購入。ウインナーをバゲット生地でメッシュにロールしたものは レベル高い美味しさ。バゲットロングは中は 空間が少ない 中しっとり系の和バゲットかな？
好みがあるが 私は 分にプーフレカンテ系バゲット がタイプかな？
