近鉄四日市駅からすぐのところにある馬肉料理のお店。
馬刺し極み10種盛り合わせ
⇒馬刺しにこんなに種類があったとは。。。これまでのお店では、
多くてもせいぜい４～５種類だったと思うが、ここは何と１０種類である。
(・霜降り・肩ロース・ヒレ・エンガワ・フタエゴ・タン・ハラミ・ランプ・カルビ・トモバラ)
味の違いをたっぷりと堪能し、結果やはり一番好きなのは霜降りだった。
他にも美味いのがあったが、エンガワだったかなぁ。
揚げ出し豆腐
⇒何やら普通の豆腐と違う。とろっとしている。
馬肉のヒレステーキ
⇒塩とわさびが添えられておりそれを付けていただく。
思っていたよりも柔らかくて食べやすい。
鉄板に一緒に載っているポテトサラダが意外に美味い。
肉寿司（タン、霜降り、ヒレ、ランプ、ホルモン稲荷）
⇒ヒレとランプはちょっと淡白で似ているかも。
やはり霜降りが一番美味い。
ホルモン稲荷って初めてだけど、味が濃い目なのでお酒と
一緒に楽しむのがちょうどいい。
お酒と言えば、注文はしなかったけどなんだか不思議なドリンクメニューが多かったな。
牛乳酎ハイとか、なまらハスカップサワーとか、富良野ラベンダーティーハイとか。。。
こういうのを端から頼んでみるのも面白いだろうな。
