I went on a Sunday around 11:30pm. There is no parking lot in front of Suwa Park. Special Seafood rice bowl: 2,500 yen Vinegar rice is filled to the edge of the bowl. The vinegar is well seasoned and the temperature is cool and just right. Seafood is piled high. The seafood was fresh and delicious, including fatty tuna, sea urchin, salmon roe, salmon, sweet shrimp, sea bream, and Seafood. I arrived right after it opened, and it quickly filled up, showing how popular it was.
