I made a reservation online and went at 5:30 pm during the New Year holidays. It is located near Line 1 of the Yokkaichi Ekimae shopping street. There is no parking lot. Matsusaka beef thick-sliced tongue: 4,500 yen Matsusaka beef sagari: 2,450 yen Matsusaka beef offal: 850 yen Matsusaka beef liver half: 425 yen Kalbi: 1,200 yen Skirt steak: 1,400 yen For Matsusaka beef, neither the tongue nor the sagari are listed in price, but the tongue is estimated. Although it was an extravagant price, the taste and texture were definitely delicious. All the hormones are Matsusaka beef, and both the hormones and liver are quite good. The sauce has a slightly sweet taste, which I like. This is a smokeless roaster, so it's good that there's no smoke, but it's a shame that the meat on the iron plate tends to burn if you're not careful. The restaurant is clean and tidy, so you wouldn't think it's Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The prices are reasonable except for the rare parts, and half-sized portions are also available, so I think it's easy to order.
