四日市市追分、国道１号線沿いにある、チェーンの食堂です。
券売機で食券を買って注文します。
[卵黄付]ニラ豚定食(920円)を注文。
豆板醤や赤唐辛子をブレンドした醤油ベースのたれで炒めた豚肉・ニラ・キャベツ。
食べ応え抜群の、大分発祥のスタミナメニューです。 途中で、別添えの卵黄を絡めて味変。
優しくまろやかな味わいに変化します。 1/2日分の野菜が摂れるこのメニュー、良いですね^_^
美味しかったです。
