GO TO EAT㊵ Sakagyu Kawashima store. Open for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. OS until 2:30 p.m. I tend to be a Saturday lunch refugee. There was a BM. Late lunch time on Saturday. There were 2 groups of 3 customers. I wanted to have a quick lunch, but it was served before I ordered. Cold, oshibori, 3 types of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, and even tongs. (゜゜) The previous customers all had a grilled lunch... I followed the example on the right and ordered the grilled lunch Sakura pork set. First up is the salad. Japanese style dressing is good. I like it better than Sesame Dore. Next was an assortment of 3 types of Sakura pork. About 2 pieces of loin, 4 pieces of pork belly, and 4 pieces of pork ribs. The rice and miso soup were served later, so I couldn't wait and grilled the meat before I could eat it. (^^ゞ By the time the first piece of meat is cooked, you'll be waiting for the rice and miso soup. White rice. Delicious! The piping hot miso soup is simply made with wakame seaweed and green onions. Wrap the grilled pork ribs in rice... Wow. !Sakura pork is delicious! (^^) The fat is oozing. Refreshing fat and white rice. It's irresistible! I like beef fat, but I also like pork fat. The texture of pork belly and... The taste was delicious! I got the loin last, so I didn't feel the fat, so I was a little sad. I guess I got it in the wrong order. Sakagyu's Sakura Pork Set Lunch. The parent company is a butcher shop, so you can be sure that the quality of the meat will be delicious for lunch. It's a great value. Next time, I'd like to have a lunch of minced rice bowl and red hormone (giara) for under 1000 yen. Thank you for the meal.
