四日市まで来る価値のあるフレンチです!
四日市にある一組貸切営業のフレンチ。
5か月前に予約し、ようやくの訪問でした
シェフは過去にヴァガボンドにもいたこともあるらしく、
その後は現地フランスで経験を積んだようです。
民家の一部を食事スペースに改装した感じで、
入口で靴を脱いで店内に入ります。
料理は昼夜共通のおまかせコースのみ、
ドリンクはワインペアリング（6種）にしました。
料理はどれも盛り付けが美しいです。
そして、１つの料理に様々な食材が使われ、
各食材の味もちゃんと残しつつ、一体感も感じられ、
どれもとても美味しかったです。
1枚目のズッキーニの一皿が特に印象に残りました。
下には赤海老、ホウキハタ、焼き茄子、クスクス等、
上にはカダイフ、それに合わせるアメリケーヌソース。
混ぜて食べると絶妙にマッチして美味でした
訪問前はヴァガボンドに近いのかなと思ってましたが、
クラシックフレンチ寄りかと思います。
名古屋からもそこまで遠くはない立地で、
この内容のフレンチが楽しめるのが嬉しいですね。
来年2月まで満席というのも納得です!
次回も訪問も楽しみです。

四日市の一軒家フレンチ。
昨年10月以来、4ヶ月ぶりの訪問です。
こちらは一組のみの貸切営業、この日は5人にて。
アミューズ盛合せから始まり、
見た目の美しさと味の美味しさ、
今回もどれもレベルの高い一品ばかりでした。
素材単体の味を活かしつつも、
組み合わせによる相乗効果もバツグンで、
完成との高い一品に仕上がっています。
この日の一番は、トップ画像にした蕪の一皿、
食べる組み合わせで様々な味わいが楽しめ、
素敵な一皿でした。
名古屋からだと比較的訪問しやすい四日市。
次回の訪問も楽しみです
