昼にがっつり食べたので
かなり遅い時間になってからの晩ごはん。
国道23号線沿いの
山岡家さんには行った事が無かったので行ってみました。
食券で

を購入してスタッフの方に
麺硬め、味濃いめでオーダーしました。
麺は太麺ですが、硬めで正解だと思いましたね。
パリパリ海苔が良いアクセントになっているし
チャーシューも柔らかくて美味しいです。
スープが濃いめを頼んだこともあり濃厚で良いですね。

辛味が増してさらに美味しさ倍増❗️
餃子も餡がぎっしり皮薄めで好みのタイプでした。
