My partner took me out to try Okonomiyaki for the first time in a while. The menu seems a little difficult to understand. You can freely choose your favorite combinations of base dough, ingredients, and toppings. For those who are unsure, there is also Okonomiyaki that is made from scratch. Our Okonomiyaki combinations are: Plain + Squid + Pork + Cheese Plain + Shrimp + Bacon + Half a Green Onion. Then, I ordered a large serving of soba roll omelet and 2x rice. All baking is up to the staff. Once the food is cooked, it will be brought to a hot iron plate in front of you. I put Okonomiyaki in my mouth while huffing and puffing. A set of piping hot okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, green seaweed, and bonito flakes that will make you feel happy. Red ginger was also on top. The surface is crispy and the inside is soft. Although the dough is quite thick, it has a chewy feel, and the flour has just the right amount of weight, making it delicious. The bacon toppings on Okonomiyaki were quite good, and the green onion and cheese toppings were very appealing. Soba roll is so-called omelet soba, which is Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) wrapped in egg. It looks gorgeous. The noodles are medium thick and chewy, and the sweetness of the cabbage goes well with the slightly sour sauce, making them delicious. It's seasoned, but it's not that strong and is rather light. The large serving was larger than expected, but I finished it without any problems. The delicious Okonomiyaki and soba rolls were quite satisfying. In addition, this restaurant provides futons and chairs for children without you having to ask, and best of all, the mayonnaise art they create on your Okonomiyaki. A customer next to me with a child was overjoyed to see Anpanman, Curry Panman, and Baikinman beautifully drawn on his Okonomiyaki. Other customers are a little noisy, but that's the charm. When I finished eating, I was given candy and cold towels to cleanse my palate, and they even gave me a Hi-Chew when I paid. The service was friendly and good, and I thought it was a restaurant that was family-friendly and enjoyable.
