世間では火鍋とか薬膳鍋が流行っているようです。
なんでも健康的なところがいいのだとか。
近くで食べられるお店がないか、
探して探して見つけたのがこちら
「しゃぶしゃぶ温野菜」
しゃぶしゃぶのチェーン店ですが
選べる出汁に火鍋と薬膳出汁があります。
値段は選べる肉の違いで
2980円~5280円
全部の肉が選べる5280円の食べ放題にしました。
薬膳出汁は+450円
あまり損をするのが嫌なので、
とりあえず黒毛和牛10人前。
見た目はいいですが、味は食べ放題の肉レベル。
厳選カルビと比べてそれほど変わらないので
１番高いコースは必要ないでしょう。
１番コスパがいいのは2980円のコース
サイドやタレが豊富なので、それを楽しむのがベスト。
しゃぶしゃぶの肉のレベルはいまいちですが
タレが豊富なので飽きません。
ポン酢、ゴマだれ、すき焼きみたいに玉子。
最後は煮詰まった出汁を混ぜて
そこに野菜や肉を入れて鍋にします。
たぶん、これが探していた火鍋のはず。
しゃぶしゃぶよりもこの鍋が美味しい！
ちなみに鍋に入れたのは豚肉、
豚肉は１番安いコースでも頼めます。
会計の時に次回使える平日1000円、土日500円引きの
割引券をもらいました。
少し値段が高い印象でしたが、
この割引券を利用すれば適正価格かと思います。
