【台湾ラーメン】
醤油ベースのスープは辛さ
控えめで、あっさりめの
味わいで普通。
多加水で細めのやや縮れた
麺は、少し柔らかめ。
具はミンチ肉、ニラ、鷹の爪。
これといった特徴のない
至って普通の味で、辛さは
ピリ辛程度の台湾ラーメン
でした。
辛い物がお好きな方には
物足りないと思います。
【天津飯】
ふんわり玉子に甘さ控えめの
醤油ベースでトロミが強い餡が
かかっていてこれも普通の味
でした。
ドリンクバーが1杯サービス
でした。
四日市店には数回行った事が
ありますが、こちらの店舗は
初訪問で大陸系中華のお店です。
｢餃〇の○将｣には定休日なんて
ないだろうと調べずに伺った
ところ、その店舗は火曜定休
で、この日はドンピシャ･･･
仕方なくこちらへ伺いました。
