某ブロガーさんも書いてみえましたが、自分も今回伺うまで、一刻魁堂→一刻堂だと思ってましたm(._.)m
メニューの一部。
魁しょうゆ(880円)を注文。
スープは、とんこつ醤油ベース。
二ンニクが効いてます。
麺は、極太麺・中太麺をチョイスできます。
自分は極太麺で。
麺はもっちもちです。
具は、もやし・チャーシュー・ねぎ・揚げねぎ・メンマです。
添付される自家製柚子昆布を途中で入れて、味変も楽しめます。
美味しかったです。
